Soccer Season for Christian and Grant

Christian and Grant both played soccer for the first time for Isle of Wight Parks and Rec. Danny coached Grant's team, the Rockstars, and was assistant coach for Christian's team, the Mustangs!  It was a really fun season and I must say that I think it is a better fit for Christian! He really likes it! Grant is having fun too! Both teams are blue, had Monday practices, and usually the games were back to back- easy breezy! Here are a few game day photos, including great fans, the post game tunnel, and last day trophies! Great season, guys!

Field Day 2013

I had a really fun time helping at Field Day at C's school and took a few pictures of Christian and fellow 2nd graders having fun.

Playdate with Reggie and Felicity

Not too much to say here. We are just glad that there are so many kids within a year of Grant on our cul-de-sac! It has been nice! Grant, Reggie, and Felicity played at the bus stop and for a while afterward most mornings and sometimes we watch each others' kids. They are all easy going, fun kids!

Farm Day for Christian's Class

Katherine, Grant, and I were able to go on a field trip with Christian's class to a farm in Windsor. The kids were able to see some tractors, farm equipment, animals, and more. There were stations set up with instruction and activities for the kids. 

I had a group of 5 busy boys: Reggie, Christian, Evan, Nick, and Austin. We moved quickly and had fun!

April 2013

A few April highlights

I had fun going out to dinner and to prom with Danny.

We had fun playing outside together as it was starting to get warmer.  We played at the park at the front of our neighborhood.

We ended the month with a very nice 33rd birthday! I felt very loved!
