V went on several fun dates with JT. Most of those pictures are on her phone though.
Katherine and Rorik had a really special 3 day outing with Geema! They did a lot of fun things together and learned a lot!
Grant and I had a fun time while Kate was gone and everyone else was working.
Danny said that the school bought a bounce obstacle course, so we checked that out!
We also went to Fun Land to ride Go carts and play laser tag and video games.

Ok, sad story... Victoria and JT broke up. We knew it had to happen eventually because we knew that he was going on a mission. His parents didn't really want for him and Victoria to be boyfriend and girlfriend before the mission anyway, but they were, more or less. I don't know every detail of their conversation, of course, and I am a little unclear about how it went down. I know V was heartbroken.
(I slept with her in her bed that night.)
Katherine gave comfort too.
As did Grant.
She gave herself permission to cry for one day and did. That day was his birthday and wasn't what they had planned. She grieved, but she also recognized that things happen for a reason and that things work out the way they should. The next day was her birthday and she was determined to have a good one!
I love her deliberate actions and her emotional resilience!

I sent her and a few friends on an 18 year old scavenger hunt! She has those pictures. Tasks included getting a tattoo, buying a lottery ticket, registering to vote, etc.
We had homemade pizzas for dinner.
