Best Organ Ever
I saw this organ at the thrift store and almost bought it because it looked just like the one at my grandparents’ house and I could hear the rhythms just looking at it!
Fun Run!!
We had a few more days of character lessons during resource time.
We had more and more pledges coming in!
It was finally the day of the fun run! It was a little cold, but that didn't stop the fun!
The younger grades ran first.
Katherine came to see me at the water table.
She ran a lot of laps and walked a few too.
Mrs. Jewitt got a pie to the face!
Wensel's Warriors had a fun time!
Then, the older grades ran.
Wheeler's Wonders had a cool flag!
Grant ran quickly! He is competitve and wanted to get in as many laps as possible.
He stopped to see me too though.
His friends were pretty happy with the event!
Awesome Andrew and his colleague got drenched when the school met their goal!
These are a few of the awesome volunteers who helped! I was glad to get to meet a few new moms in the area!
When we got home I was able to take a good look at all the laps they ran!
Another mom from the PTC, Jessica, shared these photos on the facebook page and I copied them.
Cute Kate.
And me, doing my volunteer thing. We really did stay busy.
And I really do enjoy being a part of things like this.
The next several days were about working on the computer and wrapping up the money side of things.
I don't remember the exact amount of money that the school raised, but it was over our 12,000 goal.
Grant the News Anchor
He loved it and we heard that he did a great job all week. We even got to see it one day when a friend from the school, Mrs. Dugger, sent it to us! If I can find it and attach the video, I will!

P day hike with the Sisters
We told the missionaries about our fun hike this week and they wanted to go too, so I took them on a P-day hike. It was awesome for me because I didn't feel sad when my kids went back to school because I had something fun to do! It was a cold morning and was actually snowing as we were hiking, but we were having such a fun time that we hardly noticed. Super fun outing!

We celebrated Sis. with a cookie cake and ice cream. She is so energetic and fun to be around!
Sis. Barton, Sis. Johnson, Sis. Purcell, Sis. Bray, Elder Murphy, and Elder Bolanos.
We really enjoy having these missionaries in our lives.

Spring Break 2018- Pinewood Derby
Katherine and Grant both made and raced cars this year!
They had a great time!
Spring Break-hike

We love spending time together in nature! We enjoy the undistracted time to talk, to appreciate God's creations, to exercise, and to try new things. On this hike we looked for fish in the water- the first one to find one wins a milkshake. We also saw signs of spring(during our early spring break week). We had fun crossing streams, climbing on rocks, and even finding and climbing through a cave. We especially loved the beautiful waterfalls!
