Makeshift Igloo
Lots of snow lately and lots of days home from school and some from work too! This is the start of our snow fort. It was fun to build and play in. It wasn't the best packing snow, so we had to build it with sticks and branches first and then cover it. We built it around our slide. Now it is more enclosed, but I haven't taken any pictures of the final product yet. The kids had fun playing with their sand toys in the powder. Grant liked the snow a bit better this time. Oh, and we went to the same little restaurant a couple blocks down as Danny, V, and Christian went to last time. It was pretty fun. We're enjoying the wintery weather.

Oh I am so glad that we aren't on the east coast this winter. You guys are getting more snow than we are!
You are such a good Mom to get out in the snow with the kids. When it is that snowy and cold, I lock myself inside and send the kids out on their own. Cute pics!
