We had a Friday off. Danny still had to work, but the kids and I went apple picking. It was cold and windy, but a lot of fun. An example of our crazy though... We didn't have much time to pick apples because Victoria had a cheer practice before the football game. So we drove all the way to Charlottesville and up the mountain and discovered that I forgot my wallet. Luckily, one of the kids, I think Victoria, had enough cash to cover us. We were also able to get Chick-fil-A on my app afterward. It was a fun day with all of my kids! We don't have as many of these as we used to with teenagers in sports and Victoria working, so I really appreciate days like this.
