Christian was baptized on Saturday, July 13, 2013 as a member in the Smithfield Branch. It was a very special day for Christian and for our family! Dad baptized him. The grandpas were the witnesses. Grant gave the opening prayer. Victoria sang a solo. I gave the talk on Baptism and Donovan gave a talk on the Holy Ghost. Lots of family members came. Geemaw made the special cake. Sis. McHugh welcomed him to Primary and Pres. Arbuckle welcomed him as the newest member of the branch. We are really blessed with good and caring church leaders. It was a great baptism and we enjoyed the spirit of the day. We gave Christian a special journal. Inside are our special thoughts and feelings from the day as well as a copy of the program and my talk. We also used it as a guestbook, so we can remember who was in attendance.
