This awesome girl turned 12! She is such a great kid, really, we are so lucky to get to be her parents. Her birthday was full of cleaning as we prepped for cousin camp, but we had yummy waffles with whipped cream(it was supposed to be with strawberries, but there were none left at the store the night before. Remember, we are crazy?)for breakfast.
Victoria and I actually went shopping for her birthday the night before, so she wasn't too surprised with anything, but liked being able to pick the things she liked most. New jewelry, a new brush, a new umbrella, clothes, and candy from her siblings!
We went to Sonic for lunch, but she wasn't hungry and just had a rootbeer. Unfortunately it was a kind of off birthday, but she was super cool about it. I promised to make it up to her with her party.
It was a lot of fun when her cousins came for camp though! We did a craft, had a nacho bar dinner, and went to a Tide's game. More about that in an upcoming post. So, it was a super fun evening!
