Katherine was excited, but a little nervous for camp.
She was excited to get there and meet some new friends and get a new shirt (which happened to match her bow and little shorts perfectly)!
Afterward we drove to the river to meet the boys after their campout at Westmoreland State Park. Danny was returning the waverunner. We took it to a place by lake Anna to get it fixed for way cheaper than the price they said at the river.
It was a beautiful day. Katherine told us all about camp on the way and showed us some cheers when we got there.
Unfortunately, our keys to the river house didn't work! It was weird, but they wouldn't turn. It was a beautiful day so the girls decided to stay after driving all the way. The boys were fine to head back because they had already been outside and in the water all day. We had fun swimming and just changed in the car before we headed back.
We made a random stop or two, such as this, on the way home to extend the adventure. We also exposed Kate to 7-11 nachos. I know that there is nothing redeeming about them, but sometimes they hit the spot.
