Kate had a special breakfast with V at Frost Cafe since V would be working late that night. Then, she went to school.
I pulled her out for a little bit to go to lunch. She wanted a "Speedy Gonzalez" at El Jaripeo.
We had a fun time skipping and also went to the library! (Super rebellious, I know!)
Katherine, at age 10 is in between the height of and Emperor Penguin and a Gorilla. Not too exact, but a perfect height, I can assure you.
She picked up some good reading material. I don't recall all of her selections, but I remember that some were about famous female inventors.
Dad had to work kind of late that night, but did not disappoint when he came home with flowers!
Creamy Italian chicken, rice, and broccoli for the win!

Hopefully she will always strive to be kind.
